Contestants will sing only. No instruments will be permitted. Judges will score the contestants
according to the following criteria with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

1. Voice / Pitch / Quality: How well the performer's voice sounds
(pitch, vocal sound, clarity of the words, sequencing of the words with the music, etc.)

2. Presentation: How the performer presents himself/herself on stage
(gestures, eye contact, body mannerisms, appearance, confidence, etc. )

3. Crowd Participation: How well the performer makes a connection with the audience
and whether they are able to engage the audience into participation (clapping, singing along, etc.)

4. Originality: How the performer is able to adapt the song to make it original or make it his/her own song

5. Overall Performance Rating: Based on all of the previous information, the judges rating of the overall performance
