The Health Fair plans to offer the following services for adults:

FREE Blood Pressure Checks by Putnam County Home Health and Hospice

FREE Bone Density Testing by Putnam County Ambulatory Care Center

FREE Derma Scans and Sun Safety by St. Rita's Oncology Staff

FREE Cholesterol Checks by The Meadows of Kalida

FREE Glucose Screenings from the Lima Diabetic Center

Additional Participants: Northwest Physical Therapy and St. Rita's Medical Center

Don’t forget the YMCA & Pioneer Days 5K run at 9am on Pioneer Saturday!

Everyone is invited to the Health Fair on Pioneer Saturday
from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Free Entertainment Pavilion
located on the square in Downtown Kalida!!!
